In the Beginning, we'll Start with the Basics


We love summer. Sunny weather, fun activities and long lazy days of laying on the beach or at the pool - what's not to like? Still, there's no question that this year's plans may be different and today we're bringing the outdoors insideto create fun and stunning pools for your Minecraft world.



We are determined to make these pools more than just a pool. Why settle for a basic build when you can create the Picasso of pools! We'll have you diving into these amazing designs in no matter how you want to go!



The first step is to go over the basics. You'll want to create a pool. If you've never created one before or need a refresher here's the information you require:



- Gather all your materials. It doesn't matter which materials you choose to use or what shape you choose for your pool, all that's required are the buckets you use to fill it with water. Make use of blocks to draw the outline. - Dig out the inside of your pool to fill in your outline. Two blocks down is enough. Fill the base with simple materials. Or skip ahead to see how you can make a bigger splash with your new structure. Fill the pool with water buckets, or watch your pool fill with water as your friend takes on all the work.



- Gather more friends, build a barbecue or an outdoor buffet and then you'll stay floating in praises and compliments!



Let's look at ways to make your pool more sophisticated and include art! You can build an entirely new pool now you know how to do it, or replace the bottom of the pool you've have just constructed with modern art.  Strongcraft You've probably already picked your favorites from the many blocks we've shown through Build With It over the last few months. Start with something simple for your first pool. Start by choosing the most appealing colors and materials. Then, you can put them in the bottom of your pool. You could also create your pools in different unusual shapes. For instance, you can experiment with something shaped like the one below!
